I'm really hoping that this is a simple fix unless sourcebans has suddenly stopped working.
I'm using the newest version.

I have one user specifically who has bypassed permanent bans four times within five days.
Two of these bans have been from SMAC, and the other two from myself and one other admin.
Bans have been imposed with the in game menu AND the web panel.
The IP is the same for each ban, yet it is not sticking. This person makes a new throw away account and somehow manages to get back in even with a banned IP. Isn't SB supposed to "link" the new account and reban before they even get into the server?

Does the webpanel say it's banning by the steamid(I believe this is the default) or by ip, try adding a new ban via webpanel but make sure the list box for type of ban is set to IP

We are trying this now..
Is there a way to make it ban by IP by default? Is it possible to ban by both methods?
