You need to upgrade your version of Sourcemod. It means that the function didn't exist yet in the version you are running.

Thats the library called out of sequence problem. It is a sourcemod problem, a bug has been filed.

New Release: Version 2.2

Changes:
  • Added sm_team_balance_min_balance_frequency to describe the maximum frequency the teams can be balanced
  • Changed the default value of new join rounds
  • Added sm_team_balance_stop_spec to stop people from switching to spectator
  • Added sm_team_balance_lock_teams to stop players from changing teams once they have been assigned
  • Added autoloading of config file
  • Added admin flags so you can decide which admins get immunity
IMPORTANT NOTES:
With the addition of these new cvars I recommend you set sm_team_balance_new_join_rounds 0 and sm_team_balance_min_balance_frequency 1. This will allow the team balancer to balance teams whenever it needs to but no more often than every other round. If you want it to be able to balance every round set sm_team_balance_min_balance_frequency to 0 as well.

The config file is now loaded automatically so it no longer required to exec it from another config file.

Some of you may have noticed that there is slight design flaw in admin immunity. Namely, that admins are only immune if they are on the winning team.

There are a couple of things you could do about it.
  • You could make sure admins are ALWAYS on the winning team.
  • You could turn off admin immunity.
  • You could get the latest copy from here where I fixed this problem a couple of nights ago.

great work! the only thing I miss is some kind of friendship between players. for example, I like to play with my girlfriend in one team, side by side, but for team balancer we are all the same, just players that needs to be balanced.
