I never set cl_weather 0 knowingly, maybe you could turn this on for all players with your plugin?

Yea thanks, that was it . But I had removed the plugin .
OneEyed, please think about this (if possible):

- client cvar cl_weather should be forced to 1 on connecting players (I had 4 players, including me, which had this to 0)
- switching the cvar weather_type to 0 ingame did not turned the plugin off
- switching between weather_type 1 and 2 ingame did not had any effect
- I put weather_type 0 in amxx.cfg to disable it by default - no effect, it was running in rainmode (like weather_type 1)
- pausing the plugin did not stopped the rain

You can't stop it mid-game. Those entities force it to be on the rest of the map. It has to be changed with a map change.

so if i was to install this i would have to tell all of my players to type sv_weathertype 1 in their console? and i couldnt turn it off? and it would be always on? im confused...

No they have to have cl_weather 1


and you can turn the plugin on/off, you just have to wait for a mapchange.

Ok, I uploaded a version that runs the cmd cl_weather 1 on clients when they enter the server.
