Hi !

I'm trying to use custom player skin on my HL2DM dedicated server for my bots but I just can't get it to work.

I'm using these skins : https://gamebanana.com/mods/467927

I've extracted the .VPK file and added the models in the hl2dm root folder on the dedicated server side. It's supposed to replace existing models, so I I just renamed them so they are on their own (so I know have a male_66.mdl, etc)

i've used the plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=69005 to make the user download the models, this is working properly as I can see my custom models in the /download folder. I've also set up fastDL

I'm using the botrix bots (https://steamcommunity.com/app/320/d...17378078719640), I've set my bot to use the right model.

But it's still not working, the skin isn't recognized. Even as a Player, if I type "models/humans/group03/male_66.mdl", it doesn't work and just revert to another skin.

Am I doing something wrong ?

Thanks !

Well, I've made some progress using SM_Skinchooser (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=87597), I can now see my custom skin on my bot, the only issue is it's stuck in a T-POSE.

I'm not sure what I'm missing here, I do have all these files :

> male_66.dx90.vtx
> male_66.mdl
> male_66.phy
> male_66.vvd

I'm not sure which one is related to the animation.

I know these skin should be working properly as they're used on a server with no issue
