I dont know what can be the problem but just admins can see the advertisements.

What version of plugin do you use?

@ my server it was so at the firt time only "non-admins" seen the adverts... so funny^^ and now it works i dont know why...

i use the newest pluginversion 0.5.5 i think

the .txt file exist not anymore ive reinstalled the server and not it has works fine directly and in the.txt file no errors i think =)

in 0.5.5 there was a bug. for example if 10 players joined the game and first five leaves then noone will see any advertisements (not depending on flags or admins)
