As far as "Unknown command enable" error is concerned, there is nothing to do with it. Run server in console mod it would be alright.
Btw, where you're server is placed.. I mean in same machine?

Download this wad file and place it in the cstrike folder. See what happens.

Nothing happens, I still get the same error.

SMALL UPDATE:
I reinstalled hlds and got the console window working.
Started a cstrike server, this time it adds masterserver ip's manually, but I get the unknown command enable error again..
My friends are able to connect but I still can't find it in the serverlist..
sv_lan is 0 and sv_region is 3 (I also tried sv_region -1)
Could you guys try to find it in the server list? Server name is brkz test server. I leave the server online for a while.
Thanks.

Triple check your ports forwarding/firewall.
Go to http://www.whatismyip.com/
Start your server, add server IP to your favorites.

If you see it as 192.168.0.1 you're offline.

Have your friends tell you if they can find it in the list.

Nothing is wrong with the forwarded ports, I add it to my favorites and it shows my whatsmyip.org IP address. That's how my friends connect to my server, they add it to their favorites.

Yes, I have told them to search it up also, but they couldn't find it either.
