Some antivirus software block the download link, so that would be my gues.

nah its my net my dad has it blocked from my computer as security-antivirus

https://bitbucket.org/psychonic/smac...al-release.zip and compile it yourself (really easy, just extract to your sourcemod folder and after that drag & drop the .sp files you want into compile.exe. The compiled .smx files will be saved in the "compiled" folder)
