Is there anyway that we could setup a script that would report accounts banned for cheating to Valve?

Valve don't care about player reports. They are trusting VAC todo the job actually .

Valve cares about player reports... at least sometimes.

We assigned the appropriate CS:GO official violations and they will not be able to play on official game servers.

CS:GO competitive violations are not VAC bans, and the CS:GO team don't see Steam Community reports.
