can you perhaps create a convar to either disable or restrict/limit the warning system? i personally use sourceirc with my servers and within an hours time my tickets channel is filled with

What plugins and type of server do you run ? Cause I have never been flooded with messages like this for no reason.

The speedhack module will only log once per player. So I suspect smac_irc_mode set to 2 should work for you.
