Basically, when a classic competitive gather is over, I want to:
- Get the winners and player stats (kills,deaths etc) so i can save them in a database
- Get the end game Score (ex: 16-10)
- Shutdown the server

Is there an event to detect when a team won ?

Warmod logs everything, you just need to make a parser for it all.
Alternatively, you could use rankme, hlstatsx, or gameme.
