From looking at your Metamod plugins.ini you already know how to install them.
So what is the problem?

Do the files exist where you say they are located? Because amxmodx_bl_mm.dll is not distributed anymore and I would expect EntMod_MM.dll to be located somewhere other than within AMXX

i put the fille whith metamod.dll (C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike 1.6\cstrike\addons\metamod\dlls)

I'm surprised that no one has pointed out yet that AMXModX 1.8.2 or newer is required for Steam servers.
