Problem with chocke and lag.

Hello there.
I got a WAR3FT server, modified a little from the classic one.. but if i remove the mode, it still got chocke and lag.
So, 1st i thnik that i got a problem with the server.cfg

The problem is that I personal got chocke around 80 all of the time.
And it get stock for a maximum of 1 sec.
All the players got the same problem...
Lag has fluctuations from 10 - 15 to 120 and then it comes back again...
Outher servers from the same host are working ok, so yea, it's a problem from my server...
Can you guys please help me?
