Its already bounded as flashlight.
My server has disabled flashlight because its DD2 only and it doesnt need any flashlights, so its disabled, maybe its the reason, then if it is, any fixes there?

Yes sure, remove the plugin that disables flashlight and replace it with this.
If you don't know what plugin it is, just place this at the top of plugins.ini.

Now its working ty. But this still has a bug, i can activate it while spectating people
