IPs banned does not save

Using amxmodx, NonSteam, and I've met a problem. I do not remain saved bans that give the server. Always keeps deletes all IPs in listip.cfg.

Please help me and tell me what the problem is. Here are all plugins added to the server, but I think it probelma the plugins because I disabled on each one and all problems remain. Specific bans will reset all the next day, without being a reboot the server or something ...

This community only supports Steam servers and Steam games.
