[TF2] Server Not Responding After Update

I don't know what's wrong with it. It was working just fine before the update. Now it says not responding for all of my friends and they updated their game. I am hosting this on my own computer. It crashed twice after I updated it then it started working for me but not responding for others.

EDIT: It responded for my friend but the server crashed when he joined.

EDIT2: It crashes whenever he joins a team. I have removed the latest mod I have installed and it still crashes.

It might be fixed right now but I can't know for sure. In the console it says people have joined right but the server hasn't crashed.

Anyways, are any of these plugins known to be unstable?

If you haven't done it yet, update your TF2Items extension. It broke when Valve added new item attributes in yesterday's update.

It most likely will if you've updated that extension. It caused a crash whenever a player in the config joined a team.
