Of course your RAM is weighing down your Video Card now, try buying a stick of 512, it's under 50$.

Seems pretty shitty.

I saw an e-machine with an AMD 64+ 2500, 1 GB of RAM, and an ATi Radieon with PCI Express. for like 600.

my computer is 1337 it cost me 500 bucks and i got some ram and a vid card and it wrks for source so yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa but i can onlly use pci cards unless its possible to build a agp or something into the comp iono
