So has anyone actually been able to fix this? I've set sv_minrate 128000 and sv_maxrate to 0 but of course it's not enough now. And since sv_minrate is capped..

I suppose there's no way to overwrite the cap via a Sourcemod plugin?

Would like to avoid having to lower the tickrate.

With SM you can remove upper bound from cvar, but there maybe hardcoded restriction on client side rate convar.

Decreasing tickrate/updaterate/player slot is easier option for now...

I have to keep it 128 tickrate and 34 slots for some purpose
