Uh...actually, it does sound similar to an issue I had when I was doing Chat-Processor Tags (which I'm now currently working on again to see if I can make it functional), but I can't for the life of me recall what I was doing to cause that issue aside from figuring out that everyone except for the sender saw the message, and I can't remember what I did to fix it.

I put the chat-processor plugin on the server without any other plugins utilizing the forwards and the problem still persists.

I know this isn't much to go on, but with a server with no plugins that alter chat its great.

I looked into it a bit and I can't seem to find the issue with chat messages randomly being stopped by the plugin. Only theory I have thus far is there's a weird issue where the say commands don't fire properly.

I would bet that the issue is that you have another plugin (e.g. zeph store) that hooks saytext2, modifies the output, and leaves it something other than the translations your plugin is expecting. If your plugin checks for existing translations, then it would skip this, and "chat tags" wont show. If it doesnt, it will error on translation not found, and no chat will show.
