"z" is the default flag for normal users.

You didn't even mention which flag you want to put it on. I don't see the point of using the "z" flag for it. That will make the command available for everyone except admins. Do you even know what you want to do and why?

What does your question even mean? "y" is an admin flag just like any other flag.
