This is not working for me on my linux hl2dm server. In the config file the cf_mode is "0" but when I check in the console, the cf_mode shows as being "1" and everyone gets kicked. I only have one country in the "cf_countries CVAR.

I have tried several ways to get this working following instructions from other posts in this subject but it still refuses to work correctly.

What I remember, happens on linux server. Config file generated by SM not work, something to do CHMOD/permissions. Try find those and try exec cfg from console input.

exec sourcemod/country_filter_2nd_edition.cfg

If not
- Try, delete old country filter CFG file,
- Create by yourself new CFG file with same name and add cvars with your own settings.

Still ?
Look rest of your config files, have there left cvar cf_mode somewhere :/
