Could anyone update this plugin so it can work again? Or make something like it

I like the idea of allowing the users to know what they can do on the server as well as providing them with a miniature admin menu to themselves.

I never got to try the old one
but adverts on join or/and through the game play would be nice
then I could surely remove some of the other adverts in the other plugins that get so annoying.

Yes a working Help menu plugin is needed a lot.
