So I was using mge mod by sapphonie in a dedicated server to train with my friends. Everything was going smooth. However, we later discovered an annoying issue. There are random stutters or freezes randomly even when we were afk(looking at net_graph 4). We had 4-5 players on the server and I hope it isn't my Internet issue even though I am using WiFi. Although, I'm sure 400 mbps upload speed is plenty for my server so I doubt it. Since, I've also ran a Freak Fortress server with my friends around 7-10 players and it ran smoothly without any issues(with many custom bosses).

I will try using Ethernet to see if it changes anything and If you require video footage I'll record it.
Would be grateful if anyone could provide a solution for my problem.

Today, player default rate is 80,000

First, try
sv_maxrate 0
sv_minrate 80000

If not help, then connect server to router with cable.
WiFi connections or any connection what travels in air, just suck.
