It looks like it's SDK hooks that is broken. Just fall back to the regular gungame until sdk hooks is fixed.

help why does my gg say getusermessagetype not found?
i am using metamod 1.9.2 and sourcemod 1.4.7.
metamod and sourcemod is working fine. pls help

You need to update to later snapshots (see page 399 in this thread). I had this problem, updated to MM:S 1.10.0 build 832 and SM 1.6.0 build 3897, and all issues have been resolved.

For MM:S: http://www.sourcemm.net/snapshots

For SM: http://www.sourcemod.net/snapshots.php

There may be other sources, I'm not sure. If the sites are down, try back later. They are both up right this second.
