Ferret

I have a cool idea for your plugin.

How about making it so players automatically glow based on their kpd, and higher kpds glow at different colours.

You could do it in level, so lvl 0 are noobs with no glow, lvl 1s are beginners with low kpd and glow blue, lvl 2 are average with normal kpd and glow green, lvl 3 are good players with high kpds who glow red and lvl 4 players have a stupid kpd and glow gold.

Would be a really cool addition to the current SM Plugin base.

Code:
RegAdminCmd("sm_glowset", Command_SmGlow, ADMFLAG_CUSTOM1, "sm_glow <player> <color> - Sets player to glow color.");
Change to whatever flag you want to use and recomplie.

Hey, not to bump this but I have a question:

How do I in the admin menu custom file, make it so a "regular" with the custom1 flag can only change their glow. What ive done so far doesnt work at all. It comes back saying [SM] Usage: sm_glow <player> <color>

Obviously the actual command isn't sm_glow, its sm_glowset <player> <color>

In my custom admin menu file, I have tried triggering this command only to the player selecting it, aka the "regular".

I cant seem to get this to work... Heres that snippet from my current custom admin menu file ( Yeah, im sure I didnt get this right, however the same method works for the Have Some Piss mod by DarthNinja:

EDIT: I figured it out, one of the methods did in fact work, but I wasn't restarting the server, I was only doing map changes. DOH!

I have always wondered why people create a plugin and then don't test it them selves...
