Fix some bugs related with Bomb defusing
Installation:
Copy deffix.smx file to sourcemod plugins folder,change map or restart server.
ConVars:
sm_deffix_anti_walldef - default "1" - Prevent defusing bomb through walls
sm_deffix_anti_defblock - default "1" - What to do with idle defue kits lying around bomb 0=Nothing, 1=Push away
sm_deffix_anti_propblock - default "1" - What to do with Props (prop_physics*) lying around bomb 0=Nothing, 1=Push away, 2=Remove
