without warmod its ok. so deleted the old server files & installed a fresh new one. and kept on checking one by one configs of warmod. the problem was with one of the rule set. now i have fixed and its all working perfect

that command is for admins & with rcon access i guess ;-). but what if an admin is not there in the server. and the server crashes ?. for that reason i posted the thread . but now i have fixed it any way thanks for the reply Dr.McKay
