I need a plugin like this : When you type in chat !youtubers a menu appear and in the menu you have streamer name , for example "Pewdiepie" and when you choose it from the menu an custom message apeer in the chat , only for the player , not global message. I want to add youtubers to a .ini file named streamers.ini where you add name of the youtuber and custom message in chat when select.

Hello. You are not allowed to bump your thread unless 2 weeks has passed if I remember correctly.
Just be patient. Don't expect to receive your request within a day.
Anyway here you go.

The config streamers.ini goes to /addons/sourcemod/configs.

Commands: sm_refresh_menu - refreshes the ini file (RCON flag).
sm_youtubers or !youtubers - opens the menu.

Cvars: sm_menu_title "[Youtubers]" - Your menu title.

If you want color support you have to compile this manually with the include file I've attached.
Otherwise just get the 'nocolors' one.
