My CS:GO Server not dedicated!

Hello everyone! I got a problem that when i start up my server, it shows that my server is not dedicated. I have portforwarded ports that needs to use but still does not work. Does some of you know whats wrong? Screenshot:

Hello geds, and thank you for your reply! Well, I think I have figured that it doesnt matter if it says not dedicated because everyone can find the server on "Server list" and its working fine. Maybe its a bug or something? But do i actually need it?

Not really if it works, but by curiositer it's worth it to lean on. And see if this is really a problem or error. Should not block it you then, if you need to upgrade your server. (or other plugins.)
