Yes, I have been searching, but none of the answers was of any help. I tried that script someone wrote, but it kept saying it couldn't allocate server port 27015, and if I started the server manually it worked fine. I also tried serverdoc. This can open the server in console mode, however, it is not on the internet, and no amxx plugins are loaded. Also, I can't use any commands, as it says only the server itself can use those commands.

Is there any other solution? I am running winXP 64 bit (I know I should be running 32 bit, but I have no 32 bit windows, and I have no intentions of buying a new windows)
