Hi good people of AlliedModders!

I'm having an issue, where a guy I banned for using multi-hack keeps getting back on my server.
As far as I can tell, he is joining and delaying the verification, and once it verifies him, he gets kicked by the server, for not being connected to steam. However, he can be on for several minutes, before this happens.

Here is a part of my log

Ban him directly on the gameserver with "banid".
