Okay the helptext in chat is working, but I still spawn with armour, and 10/30 bullets =\.. It may seem I ask alot but its wrong (maybe my fault! Sorry for that really.)

Perhaps this should help

+ nobuy
+ scoutzknivez 10/0 bullets
+ helptext in chat: This server is running Scoutzknivez Only. Need help? Write /skhelp for all available commands.
+ NO kevlar + helm
+ motd version of arkshine
+ KEEP the gravity on start of every new round (if you didnt die!)

Make sure to download again #17, the merged version and nothing else. It should work as expected, I've tested it.
