Hi everyone. I'm new here (obviously) and I'm trying to learn MMS coding. A little about my experience: I started out with learning eventscripts, then I went on to learning a little about C++ and did some modifications on ZombieHorde to customize it for my server. I know enough now about C++ to find my way around, but I find editing someone else's code is sometimes quite tough so I finally decided its time to start something on my own. I was wanting to take the sample_mm project and edit it, just to start from there. I made a copy of the sample_mm directory and renamed it. Then I went through all the files and renamed them and replaced all instances of sample_mm with <mypluginname>_mm. Only thing I found that I'm not sure of is in the vcproj file. There are several occurences of SAMPLE_MM_EXPORTS and I'm not sure what that is and whether I can change it or not.

Any guidance on this issue would be great. Thanks.

It's a compile time #define Visual Studio's wizard creates by default.

If it's not used anywhere you can remove it.

Ok, thanks. I tried running my basic "empty" mod with it as default and it still seemed to work. Then I changed it to match the name of my plugin and it still worked, so I guess it's not too important.
