When the enforce_timelimit CVAR is set to 0, it should allow players time to finish the current round. Does this not work on your server?

I assume you are referring to the amount of time that a player must wait before rocking the vote after a map change. The dmap_rtvwait command is what you are looking for.

Anyone who has ADMIN_LEVEL_F permission can go to their client console (not on the server) and type the following command:

dmap_rtvwait 4

The console output should help determine the cause. If the problem is predictable, just watch the console when the problem occurs. If it isn't, log the output to a file and check it later. If a plugin does something bad enough to cause a crash, AMXX will tell you which plugin it was.

This page on the wiki goes into more detail about debugging a specific plugin if that turns out to be the cause. If it does end up being this plugin, please post the debug trace that will look similar to the example on that page.

I would suggest you look in the server's console immediately after the server crashes because I don't think that all errors (serious ones) are logged (because it can, the server is crashed).

Yea, fysiks is right. The dmaplogXXXX.log files only have stuff logged by this plugin when it is running. We need to look at the server's console.

If you're running hlds in Windows and don't know how to use console mode, this video explains it pretty well. If you're running in Linux, I'm guessing you know how to get the console output. If not, let me know and I'll be happy to explain further.
