The plugin's name you write in plugins.ini and you put in /plugins folder, must be the same.

If the compiled plugin is named "ColoredSmoke.amxx", then, you should write "ColoredSmoke.amxx" in the plugins.ini file.
Of course you can rename it so it can be "coloredsmoke.amxx", then you would write "coloredsmoke.amxx" in the plugins.ini file.
