So people have gotten TFCond_Buffed working before? Because I am definitely using TFCond_Buffed. I have to remove the lines that create buff banner particles? Would those somehow interfere with the mini-crit effect?

Oops, I was wrong. I forget that the mod removes the text that pops up saying "mini-crit" or "critical hit" and was mistaking the sound for my ding-a-ling. haaaaa.

The mini-crit text does show up for Amplifier mini-crits.

Archive with 1.4 SM has name 1.4.0-hgXXXX.zipа
Tell your XXXX number.
And check "TF2_AddCondition" and "TF2_RemoveCondition " on "sourcemod\scripts\includes\tf2.inc"
Or recompile plugin
