I think they are listed using HLSW, because of the way HLSW indexes the maps, but they are not actually inside the dod/maps folder.

I have just been trying to trouble shoot why it isn't creating files for all of the 825 maps I have, so I thought that might have something to do with it.

I don't think this will work for my purposes, as Fysiks plugin actually creates all of the map configs, as well as the map specific .ini files. It is a useful plugin though.

Oh ok. They won't affect anything if they are not in the /dod/maps folder.
