Yushi, your server's timescale is being altered. ZRiot does not touch that so I'm not sure how this could be happening. If you don't run ZRiot is it still happening?

No, I reinstalled my server with a full wipe, so it is a default CS:S server. Everything is working fine, including the time.
When I put Zombie Riot on there, I first put Metamod, then Sourcemod, then ZR, then SDK hooks. I do not configure any settings or install any other plugin before going in and testing the server, and that's when I see the issue. It is not Sourcemod or Metamod because I installed the same versions as when I had Zombie:Reloaded on my server, and everything worked fine then. It is only when I install Zombie Riot itself that I get the speed issues or the server is down entirely. I did see a few posts about updating some text files, and I tried that afterwards, but it did not do anything either.
I got someone who knew a little about servers to take a look at mine, and he looked at my error logs (which I had looked through as well), and noticed that it is flooded with this:

"[admin-sql-threaded.smx] Failed to connect to database: [2002]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)"

but I have had this error in all of my logs since I got the server, and it didn't interfere with Z:R when I had that installed, so I didn't think it was going to cause any issues. If that error is causing the problem, then please let me know how to fix it because I have not been able to find anything conclusive online.
I'm hosting my server through gameservers.com, but they SUCK with tech support and treat me like I do not know how to copy and paste, like when I had an issue with my redirect. I am beginning to think that I should cancel my server, and buy it from someplace else.

Guys i need some help i am having problems with my Zriot Server and i was wondering if you guys could help me out.
The Problem is that it doesn't appear any zombies and when i reload the plugin i get this in console.

Miguel: Did you set your plugins to reload every map?

Yushi: That's really weird. I don't know how ZRiot could do this. You're an isolated case which means it's something unique to your server.. but if it's a fresh install it doesn't make sense. Try fixing that error and post any other errors your getting in logs.

The plugin doesn't support being reloaded mid-game (yeah it sucks, but it's being worked on) do you get that index error when you start the server fresh?

If your meaning when i restart it yes i get that i think it's coz of the Days.txt but i have fixed now and i would like to ask if in the future this plugin will support more days??? It would be more fun but anyway. Thx for the answer Greyscale and thank you for making this plugin, this mod has always been one of my favs of all times thank you.

It should support as many days as you want? There's a defined limit in the source for memory reasons, but it can easily be increased. How many do you need?

First draft of the "stages" config file for future ZRiot:
These are equivalent to what are currently known as "days".
If you want a sneak peak at the available attributes look at Zombie:Reloaded. All of those will be included along with others most likely. And these apply to zombies and humans.
Note: All the values were just made up as I went, these are not finalized or even thought out yet.

Future ZRiot gameplay will be slightly different. It'll be much less restricted. All old gameplay will be easily re-made with server settings. Bots will no longer be built into the code, if you want your zombies to be bots, then add bots to the terrorist team on your server. Basically players will have the choice of being zombie or human. There will be team scrambler options and you can use current server cvars to prevent unbalanced teams, but there will probably be included settings to balance teams as well.

If you download the source code and look at src/zriot/daydata/ you'll see "#define MAXDAYS 25" Change that to whatever you need and recompile.
