I bought it on 2009/2010, and it haves 2 slots: 1st haves 2 GB Ram, 2nd haves 1 GB Ram, the 2 GB is working, and other is a hardware reserved, here a picture:

umm, I don't think so, I tried them one by one, and all of them working.

EDIT: I tried msconfig, not working, BIOS too, but I didn't find any option called "Shared Memory" to disable it

Simply download a program like CPU-Z and such, it'll tell you how much RAM you exactly have. It's there in the "Memory" tab.

With that being said, I don't think RAM has anything got to do with low fps in CS 1.6.

Edit:
The screenshot in the post #61 shows total RAM of 3072 MB (3GB). There must be something wrong with either RAM or your OS, an x86 Windows is capable of utilizing up to 3.2-4GB of RAM.
