When i type /stats it says "Server has disabled that option"

When i type amx_help nothing happens. When i type amx_statscfgmenu Nothing happens either!!!!!
Almost everything i type in it says "Server has disabled that option"
HELP ME!

enable stats.amxx and statscfg.amxx in plugins.ini
type
amx_statscfgmenu
disable /rank /top /stats and others
