Well if you can start the server and connect to it and play on it, I'd say that it is actually completely downloaded.

I have last question... This update to server have build 6132, in future if will be something update with other build, how can i do new update to server dedicate?

You will update it the same way you used to install it. Also 6132 is a beta build. The release build is still 6027

Yeah, but just the folder cs_16 is available, nu? steamcmd_win32 i can delete?

I want to move folder cs_1.6(hlds) from steamcmd_win32 in local D:\, is possible?

I'd recommend no since they are the files you will need to update or (re)install servers. But it is your PC, you can do whatever you want to your files

The update will be same thing like first step? CMD > steamcmd > login >
force_install_dir > app_update 90 -beta beta validate ?
