When you return Plugin_Stop in the timer callbacks, you have to set UberSla(m/p)Time[client] to INVALID_HANDLE too.

Err, I mean That should fix the CloseHandle errors, the ShowActivity probably errors because Phrase should be Phrases as you said.

I updated to ver 1.5.2 but I recived the same error again.

One mor question:
What is the diffrent between %t and %T

The difference between them is explained at Translations (SourceMod Scripting), but you're right, they should both be %t.
