can you ban sprays using steamids with this yet? occasionally i have people being cute and coming in with essentially the same name and it won't recognize it when i type or copy + paste their name.

This plugin uses the clientprefs, which I figured used steamId to store the preference...

I'm working on an offline way to add a SteamID so the next time that player joins the server, their sprays will be banned.

Re-read your post and now I understand what you're requesting... I haven't tried it, but I thought you could target a player by UserId as well as name (or partial name)...

Here's a new version that has the ability to add bans by SteamID. Needs the translation file too.

Feel free to test it out a bit and let me know of any bugs you find. I'm going to try and test this weekend and update the OP with this version.
