Tried it, server still crashes upon joining. (Only left sm native plugins and yours...)
I can't understand, when it crashes with no third-party plugins not even an error log is generated, fml.

You need to setup mapzones. And it doesn't look the same, the video is quite outdated.
Chat tags and colors should work with shavit-rankings and shavit-chat being installed. You need to change the configuration for chat in configs/shavit-chat.cfg and and configure points for maps. Use /setpoints.
The 'error downloading' issue you get is because you're missing the .nav.bz2 file on your fastdl server.

hey shavit i have still the same problem

max players on server is 2 (1 on t and 1 on ct)
i cant set mp_autoteambalance to 0 always is 1
i disable all 'not needed' plugins and still have the same thing.

you know what can i do else?

The ckSurf release includes pre-set zones. You have to go through maps and setup zones.
