so put the files in the correct path, then change the vmt contents to the correct folder?

All the mats aren't downloading cause they aren't all added to the config file. The models and materials path can actually be whatever you like. I believe it was "suggested" for organizational reasons.

That is becasue he didn't have all the files listed under mat. i fix it now they all download.

Is there a way to duplicate the demopan's taunt and change it into another vtf to spam? Because I want to keep demopan and make another ability with the same effect. Like instead of trades, it spam pictures of cheeseburgers?
Do i need to edit the template_of_ability_subplugin.sp provided in readme/?

Use rage_overlay's ability... although the description of the ability seems to have been copied and pasted from special_noanims rage_new_weapon... anyway, argument 1 is the location of the vtf.

Hi all well i think i am done with Ass_Pancake feel free to use him and injoy

OK i made a couple of changes with him there is now no phy file and i went with out the sun glasses on him because i got the eyes to work now and i use some red eyes make him really look like he is pissed off at someone lol and i did put the ass_pancakes file in the zip to injoy.

all should be ok i stayed up most of the night moving lines around in the config so now once you download him it shouldn't try to download him again. o the joy lol

Gangplank: The pirate



But it looks like:


Abilities:

Super Jump: alt-fire, look up and stand up.
Weigh-down: in midair, look down and crouch
Rage (10000 meters stun + overlay image of pirate + pirate song): taunt when the Rage Meter is full.

Be careful or he will kill you whit his pirate sword, he is a red boss, he FEEL like a spy!!!

Make it took me hours because it's my first boss I did for my server.
I make it bz2 for fastdl.
ENJOY!!!

Next step is Cuddly Hoovy!!! "Im heavy weapons guy, and this.... IS MY LOVE!"

Torqus, its as simple as adding /addons/sourcemod/configs/freak_fortress_2/gangplank.cfg and the content in the materials , models, and sound folders ? Nothing else to configure or edit?? Just upload your gangplank to the server and the .bz2's to redirects and restart.... thats it??

I ask because I uploaded everything and connected to the server and expected to download the new content upon server connection and I did not download any of the new files, as if they were not in play

Shouldn't there be a config file in /addons/sourcemod/configs/freak_fortress_2 ? perhaps a gangplank.cfg and do we edit the characters.cfg

Guess I am a bit lost on how we add extra bosses
