It somewhat works. Quite buggy though and you'll likely need to edit it in order to get it working properly for anything other than admin immunity features.

I had to edit a tiny part it seemed. It was telling me I didn't have access to veto a vote, so I just changed it slightly and now it goes through.

I have root access and the flag was set to 'd' so it should have gone through, i'm not sure why it said I didn't have access.

the plugin I posted had the flag set to "z" which is root admin, d is not root admin :/
if you wanted root admin + admin with the d-flag to be able to veto/passvote you should have changed the .cfg to "dz"

I thought i've set flags before and they worked for root as well, but I guess not in this instance.
