Hello I have a problem with batgirl.

When the dam batgirl on the server so I wrote that:

He is compiling it. When compiling it doesn't matter if you have non-steam or steam. You should know that.

There is nothing to fix. Download the hero again and try to compile again. If you still get errors, try to update your include files. Or you could also press "Get Plugin". If you are running 1.18, you really need to update it.
