You can type "plugin_load" pluginlocation/name to load plugins without restart. Type "find plugin" in your console for help with that.

Humm, we really need a HPK plugin. Anyone know if it works okay on Source server platforms other than CS?

We had the same prob. This HPK-Plugin didn't work on our linux-platform :-(
But after some changings in the *.cfg's the new Version of Mani Admin Plugin V1.0.10i works () fine on our HL²(T)DM-Server. The HPK-Feature you asked for is integrated in there.
