If the chicken models aren't showing up at all, you need to set the client-side cvar cl_minmodels to 0. Do this by typing "cl_minmodels 0" in console.

If the chicken models show up for the first round someone is a chicken, but then change back to human models afterwards, you are probably running a poorly written plugin that resets everyone's models at the end of the round. The fault lies within that plugin, since ChickenMod: Rebirth has been tested thoroughly and certainly works correctly.

Note: Do not attempt to use this plugin with ATAC's chicken punishment. T(+)rget designed this plugin differently than the chickenmod module, and it simply WILL NOT work with ATAC.

I would like to know what I should add within the sma file to force players to unchicken after they die.

I currently run a capture the flag Roadwars and Cars server, which has a format where players respawn after they die. I also run some models on my server, for example the server chooses a zombie and a VIP at random every round.
My problem is that when a chicken dies, he retains the chicken "attributes" but changes back to the human model. It was mentioned in this thread that some plugin resetting models may be the cause of this.
But I was wondering if someone could tell me what I should put into the .sma file (and where in the file) to force everyone to unchicken after they die and respawn.

Maybe it could force the client to say /unchickenme, or something like that. And I suppose it would need a slight time delay, because the dead can't be unchickened. This would work because of the respawning of the dead on another plugin on the server.

I am a newbie to this, but in the 3 months I have been studying the amxx language I am picking it up.

Nice, love this plugin.

Please tell how player can automatically change back to normal on death and/or round end.

And, please advise how to force cl_minmodels 0 server-side to clients.

Then u will get 10 out of 10....

Yes, I myself love this plugin and give alot of thanks to target for all his work.
I think a chicken getting /unchickened after death is better then at rounds end, for servers that use deathmatches which respawn players at death.

try use amx_chicken.amxx and not amx_chicken.amx
