1. what game has hats? please tell me.. I have never seen hats anywhere before.
2. How the hell would someone 'rip' something from a different game and just stick it into another game in the form of a plugin? If it was from another game it is very unlikely it would be formated the same. Even if it was an idea copied from somewhere else and RE WRITTEN it would still be legal because nothing was physicaly taken from it.
