Why the motd doesn`t open even on new server with default settings?

I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure the MOTD has never supported new tab/window openings.

also i mean it opens in the same window not a new window sry. with ur fix nothing happens when i click a button on a site.

it doesn`t work for me

When i type for example my shortcut

he even not open the window ...

Have you set cl_disablehtmlmotd to 0?

2. At least name it different to my plugin.
